Return and Refund Policy

1. Private Customers (B2C)

In compliance with EU Consumer Protection Laws, private customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the delivery date.

Condition Requirements: Products must be returned in "as-new" condition. If the radio shows signs of use, has been programmed, or shows wear, a diminution of value fee (up to 25% or more) will be applied.

Double-Box Policy: Returns will only be accepted if shipped in the original double-box packaging.

Shipping & Insurance: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Full-value shipping insurance is mandatory. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during the return transit.


2. Business Customers (B2B)

For purchases made with a VAT Number (Business-to-Business), the right of withdrawal does not apply under current European legislation.

All sales to companies, professionals, or organizations where a VAT number is provided are considered final.

Any exceptional return requests will be evaluated individually. If authorized, they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, in addition to all shipping costs.

Do not sign. Tell the courier you are rejecting it. Write "REJECTED - DAMAGED" and take photos.

Send order number and photos via WhatsApp or Email. We will handle the insurance claim immediately.

⚠️ CRITICAL: Insurance expires once you sign. We can only issue refunds if the delivery is rejected at the door.

⚠️ CRITICAL: If you accept a damaged package, our insurance coverage expires. We can only issue refunds or replacements if the delivery is rejected at the door.
