Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

We provide a 24-month limited warranty for private consumers (B2C) and a 12-month limited warranty for business/professional customers (B2C) from the date of delivery. This warranty ensures that your radio is free from defects in materials and workmanship.

2. What is Covered

The warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in hardware components.

Internal electronic failures occurring under normal use.

3. What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)

To protect your investment, please note that the warranty is void in the following cases:

Physical Damage: Any damage caused by drops, impacts, or improper handling after the delivery has been accepted.

Electrical Surges: Damage caused by lightning, static discharge (ESD), or incorrect power supply polarity/voltage.

Modifications: Any attempt to open the radio, modify the internal hardware, or install unofficial/custom firmware (unless explicitly authorized).

Environment: Damage from liquid exposure, extreme moisture, or excessive heat.

Antenna Issues: Failure caused by transmitting with a high SWR (Standing Wave Ratio) or without a proper antenna connected.

4. How to Claim Warranty

If you experience a technical issue:

Contact Support: Email or WhatsApp us with your order number and a detailed description (plus photos/videos) of the problem.

Troubleshooting: Our technical team will provide initial remote support to identify if the issue can be resolved via settings.

Return for Repair: If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The customer is responsible for shipping the unit back to us in its original double-box packaging to prevent transit damage.

5. Repair or Replacement

Once the unit is received, we will inspect it. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will:

Repair the unit using original parts.

Or replace the unit with an equivalent model if repair is not possible.

Shipping costs for sending the repaired/replaced unit back to the customer are covered by us.
