1. Shipping Methods and Costs
Our shipments are managed through the Ecwid platform. Shipping costs are not fixed; they are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone.
To ensure the safety of your product, every radio undergoes a double-packaging process:
Original Packaging: The radio's specific protective box.
Outer Security Box: A second, reinforced cardboard box designed to absorb shocks during transit.
2. Insured Shipping and Liability
All our shipments are strictly insured.
Our Responsibility: We assume the risk of loss or damage to the package until the moment it is signed for upon receipt.
Customer Responsibility: Once the package has been accepted and signed for, full responsibility passes to the buyer. Therefore, inspecting the package at the time of delivery is a critical and mandatory step.
3. Mandatory Delivery Procedure (Damaged Packages)
If, upon delivery, the package appears dented, wet, opened, or visibly damaged,
YOU MUST FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE:
REJECT THE PACKAGE: Do not accept the delivery under any circumstances.
STATE THE REASON: Clearly write on the courier's document (or electronic terminal) that the package is being rejected because it is "DAMAGED".
TAKE PHOTOS: Take clear photos of the external condition of the box before the courier takes it back.
CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY: Send the photos and your report to us via Email or WhatsApp.
IMPORTANT: A full refund or a free replacement will ONLY be issued if the package is rejected. If the package is accepted (even "with reserve"), our liability ends, and we will be unable to file a claim with the insurance company, making a refund impossible.
4. Refund Management
In the event of a rejection due to damage or confirmed loss by the courier:
We will directly manage the claim with the insurance provider.
We will provide, at your choice, a full refund or a new shipment of the product at our expense.
Please Note: Since every shipment is insured for its full value, credit card chargebacks or payment disputes are not accepted under any circumstances. Any issues will be resolved directly through our customer support and the included insurance coverage.
